What is it?
The 90 day retreat is a summer long commitment to yourself. It requires you to immerse yourself in the ocean for 90 consecutive days. Over the 90 days (the whole summer) you will not only receive all the benefits the ocean has to offer, you will ultimately return to and reconnect to yourself through this daily practice. There will be times throughout the retreat where you will need to say no to others in order to honour the commitment you made to yourself. As you count the days, you will begin to remember that you COUNT. What you want, what you do and what you need, matters.
