What is it?

The 90 day retreat is a summer long commitment to yourself. It requires you to immerse yourself in the ocean for 90 consecutive days. Over the 90 days (the whole summer) you will not only receive all the benefits the ocean has to offer, you will ultimately return to and reconnect to yourself through this daily practice. There will be times throughout the retreat where you will need to say no to others in order to honour the commitment you made to yourself. As you count the days, you will begin to remember that you COUNT. What you want, what you do and what you need, matters. You will learn to trust that you can do what you say you will do and know you are WORTH the effort. Over the summer  you will begin to reconnect to your body, your mind and your spirit. This retreat is not about finding yourself but returning to yourself. Every single day. 

What does it cost?

The cost of the retreat is $100

What is included?

· Weekly meetups to keep you on track (different times each week to allow for different schedules)

· A Reformer Pilates class at Pilates on the Terrace

· A 30-minute counselling consult with Leesha (phone, Zoom or in person) to discuss challenges or resistance you may be experiencing.

· $50 off our 2023 – “Return to You” 3 day retreat (Date TBA)

· Access to a supportive group of like-minded people

· Those completing the 90 day retreat will be invited to our celebration event on Friday 3rd March

When does it begin?

Your swims will begin on Thursday 1st December

Leesha will hold an online introduction session with a Q and A on Wednesday 30th November

What counts as as swim?

Whole body underwater. Full immersion in the ocean. Rain, hail or shine!
